Business Account FAQ
Currently, we don’t offer Unlimited Wash Club® options for businesses. However, we do provide two alternatives: Fleet Accounts and Business Wash Passes. These options are suitable for many customers and provide discounts on applicable services based on volume or quantity.
For Fleet Accounts, we do not record vehicle or driver information. Each vehicle will receive an individual barcode sticker with a unique fleet member number that is used for tracking purposes.
Please note that we do not track redemption for Wash Passes.
You will receive an itemized invoice in PDF format. The invoice will include transaction details, the barcode sticker numbers (fleet member numbers) that received service, date, time and location of each wash.
Customers enrolled in our Fleet Account program can select interior cleaning services at full price. Please note that interior cleaning wash packages are only offered at select stores.
For Fleet Accounts, we operate on Net 30 payment terms. This means you will have 30 calendar days from the invoice issued date to submit payment in full.
For Business Wash Passes, you will receive an estimate along with instructions on how to complete payment.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided via FedEx once payment has been confirmed. Your package will include individual Business Wash Passes for the service you selected (each one is the size of an average business card).
Business Wash Passes are typically delivered 3-5 days after payment confirmation is received and shipped via FedEx.
The barcode sticker or fleet member number should be placed horizontally in the bottom corner of the driver’s side windshield, above the black band. It should be positioned within half an inch of the windshield edges.

- • If other RFID tags (such as Department of Motor Vehicle stickers) are already affixed to this area of the windshield, the barcode sticker should be placed horizontally above or below them, maintaining a half-inch distance from the other tags.
- • Some vehicles have windshields made with materials that can interfere with reading the barcode sticker upon scanning. Examples include heated windshields, rain sensors, sun/heat-reflectors, and built-in radio antennas. The vehicle owner’s manual may provide designated “clear zones” for proper placement of your sticker and similar items to prevent interference, usually located near the rearview mirror or at the base of the windshield.
- • It is best to minimize deviations from the lower driver-side corner, as our barcode readers are designed to focus on this area. Placing the tag elsewhere may reduce the reader’s ability to detect it.
If you are a tax-exempt entity, please send your tax-exempt certificate to businessaccounts@mistercarwash.com. Please note that tax is not included on Business Wash Pass orders.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to reprint a receipt. Please make sure that you are asking for a receipt at the time of service if one is needed. All transactions will be listed on the monthly invoice.
If your barcode sticker is damaged and does not scan at the wash or you need to add more fleet member numbers to your account, please contact our Business Accounts team businessaccounts@mistercarwash.com. It is best to include your Fleet Account number, shipping address and the number of stickers needed.
Please note that drivers should receive barcode stickers from their fleet administrator. Replacements or new orders must be obtained from our Business Accounts team.
Currently, automatic payments are not available for Fleet Accounts or Business Wash Passes.
