Important Information for Members:

If your location has reopened, members have been credited for the days stores were closed on their next recharge date in one of the following ways:

Your membership bill date will be moved forward by the number of days your store was closed.


You will see a discounted charge ensuring you only pay for the wash days we were open.


Full Serve Unlimited Wash Club Members will continue to be charged for the equivalent Express Exterior plan until we begin offering interior cleaning services

If your location remains closed your billing will continue to be suspended until we resume operations. At that time, you will be credited for the wash days missed, prior to your next bill date.
