If you are a member in a city where our stores are currently closed, your billing has been suspended and will resume once we reopen.
If your state is currently under a stay-at-home order, we have proactively suspended billing for your Unlimited Wash Club membership.
Billing will resume after we re-open. All members will receive at least 30 days of washing from their previous bill to account for the closure.
No action is needed at this time for the suspension to take effect.
