Frequently Asked Questions

With an online account, you can check the status of your membership, update your payment information, check your transaction history and much more!

Note: Please have your barcode or member pass number available to link your membership
1. Log In or Create An Account
2. Go to the Manage Memberships section under the Account tab
3. Tap on Link Existing Membership
4. Scan your barcode or type in your Member Pass Number
5. Select the type of payment method used
6. Enter the last 4 digits of the card used. If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay to purchase your membership, use the last 4 of the Device Account Number.
7. Tap Next
8. Congrats! You’ve just linked your membership! A confirmation pop up will appear. You will also receive an email with confirmation that your membership was linked.

Note: To change your payment method, please link your membership first (see Link Your Membership). If your membership is inactive, see Reactivate Your Membership.
1. Log In
2. Go to the Manage Memberships section under the Account tab
3. Tap on the membership you would like to update
4. Tap on the payment details box with your payment information
5. Tap Update
6. Select a payment method already on file or Add Credit Card to add a new card
7. Tap Update Payment Method
8. Congrats! You’ve updated your payment method. A pop up will appear confirming the payment was updated. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.

Note: To reactivate, please link your membership first (see Link Your Membership).
1. Log In
2. Go to the Manage Memberships section under the Account tab
3. Tap Activate on the membership you would like to reactivate
4. Tap the box to authorize Mister Car Wash to charge your card monthly
5. Tap Yes, Activate
6. Choose a payment method on file or add a new payment method by selecting Add Credit Card
7. Tap Yes, Activate
8. Congrats! You’ve reactivated your membership. A pop up will appear confirming your reactivation. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.

Yes, you’re able to change your membership type online.
Not: To change your membership plan, please link your membership first (see Link Your Membership).
1. Log In
2. Go to the Manage Memberships section under the Account tab
3. Tap on the membership you would like to update
4. Tap on Edit Membership
5. Tap on Change My Membership
*Note: If Change My Membership is greyed out, please visit a Mister location to update your membership.
6. Select the membership you would like to change to
7. Tap Next to continue 8. Review the details of changing your membership
9. Tap Confirm to change your membership
10. Congrats! After successful reactivation, you’ll see a confirmation pop up. You will also receive an email with confirmation of your change of membership.

Yes, you’re able to cancel your membership online.
Note: To cancel your membership plan, please link your membership first (see Link Your Membership).
1. Log In
2. Go to the Manage Memberships section under the Account tab
3. Tap on the membership you would like to update
4. Tap on Edit Membership
5. Tap on Cancel Membership
6. Tap the reason for your cancellation
7. Scroll down and tap Cancel My Membership
8. After successful cancellation, you’ll see a confirmation pop up. You will also receive an email with confirmation of your cancellation.
