Our Wash Pass program is popular with small business owners, human resource representatives, sales managers, and any employee tasked with keeping company vehicles clean. Your drivers simply hand the pass to our representative and drive away with a clean car.
House accounts are equally popular with small business owners, government agencies and large corporations. Once you’ve established a House Account with Mister Car Wash, your employees won’t need to carry cash, credit cards or P-Cards. We provide monthly itemized invoices, tight controls on account access, and tracking of vehicles by your RFID sticker.
At this time we don’t offer Unlimited Wash Club options for fleet customers. Our two programs, Wash Passes and House Accounts do work well for many customers and we can offer a discount based on volume.
For House Accounts, we issue individual RFID tags which include a unique number and can be assigned to each of your vehicles. Your monthly invoice will show each RFID tag and the number of times it was used at any of our locations.
For Wash Passes, you control how many are used by handing them out to your drivers. We do not provide any tracking for the redemption of these passes.
You will receive a detailed, itemized invoice with the RFID tag, date, and time of service for each wash received in your fleet.
Wash passes are sent once we have received the payment through our online system. We use expedited shipping to ensure the timely delivery of your passes.
For House Accounts, we are on a net 30 billing cycle and you will receive your invoice the following month, which will include charges for the previous month.
