We prefer a rectangular lot with a width of 135′ and 1-1.5 acres with a building size of 3.5k-5k sq ft. Buildings should be already zoned for commercial and preferably¬†for car wash use.
Traffic counts¬†of 30k should be considered a minimum, but exceptions can exist. Preferably mid-street or after an intersection with high visibility and convenience from the main road near a good mix of retail and residential¬†development.
