Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the impact of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and are committed to keeping you and our team members safe.
I want to personally share the steps we are taking to maintain a healthy environment for you and our team members.
-We take pride in the cleanliness of our stores and in addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we have implemented a new cleaning protocol.
-We are also committed to ensuring our team members are well informed about the necessary precautions to keep our community healthy, including more frequent hand washing and staying home if they are not feeling well.
-In accordance with both CDC and community health department guidance, all stores have been equipped with recommended procedures to follow if their community, or someone from their store, becomes impacted by the virus.
-As the situation evolves, car wash locations may implement additional preventative measures to ensure customer and team member well-being. These measures could impact staffing or service offerings, but we will continue to do everything we can to provide you the Mister Experience you love.
-Lastly, out of an abundance of caution, we have temporarily suspended our complimentary coffee and popcorn service in our lounges.
You and our team members are at the center of our purpose, and this guides every conversation we have and every decision we make. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we all navigate this rapidly evolving situation.
