We are currently located in 21 states nationwide and will continue to build in these existing markets or new markets within an hour drive from our nearest store, preferably 3 miles from the nearest competitor.
We prefer a rectangular lot with a width of 135′ and 1-1.5 acres with a building size of 3.5k-5k sq ft. Buildings should be already zoned for commercial and preferably for car wash use.
Traffic counts of 30k should be considered a minimum, but exceptions can exist. Preferably mid-street or after an intersection with high visibility and convenience from the main road near a good mix of retail and residential development.
