Mister Car Wash’s operating expertise provides a strong platform for growth in strategic markets. We’re currently looking to expand in existing, established, and upcoming areas that are outside of a 2-mile radius from our competitors. These markets have a combination of retail, residential, and daytime employment with roads that carry 30,000 or more vehicles daily. Our preference is to purchase, however, we’re happy to consider leasing and BTS/RBTS opportunities.

  • Our Markets

    We are currently located in 21 states nationwide and will continue to build in these existing markets or new markets within an hour drive from our nearest store, preferably 3 miles from the nearest competitor.

  • Lot Characteristics

    We prefer a rectangular lot with a width of 135′ and 1-1.5 acres with a building size of 3.5k-5k sq ft. Buildings should be already zoned for commercial and preferably for car wash use.

  • Street and Neighborhood

    Traffic counts of 30k should be considered a minimum, but exceptions can exist. Preferably mid-street or after an intersection with high visibility and convenience from the main road near a good mix of retail and residential development.
